Introduction:
The Ladder 2 has brought forward 23 new runewords. One
that stands out and will be used in this build as your main dmg is Dream. This
runeword offers Life, Inc Life, FHR, Resist and Lvl15 Holy Shock. You can socket
these into a Helm and Shield. So you get level 30 Holy Shock, and with this
build you will have Maxed Conviction, lvl 30 Holy Shock, lvl 9 Fanaticism,
This build also has another side to it, Seeing as your main dmg will be
elemental so you have to use a melee skill for those absorbers. There's three
main types of melee pvp chars that are used smite, zeal and charge. Smite isn't
any good with the shield you will be using so its useless. Zeal unfortunately
has been nearly wiped out of PvP with the new runewords. So comes to Charge.
Commonly the one point wonder skill. But i think we can get enough melee dmg
from it to make your opponent choose either dr or resist.

Conviction - 20 (Main Aura)
Resist Lighting - 20 (syn for holy shock)
Holy Shield - 20

Defiance - 1* (Rest of Points if you want more def)
might - 1
Vigor - 1 (Rest if you want more charge damage)

Stats:
Strength - Enough to wear your gear
Dex - Keep 75% Blocking
Vit - Rest

Helm: Dream
Bone Visage - Required strength is 106 and looks nice on pallys
Belts:
Verdungos - Life, DR, FHR
Hsarus + Boots - Offers alot of AR and some def
string of Ears - DR
Shield: Dream
Vortex/Zakarum Shield with Resist
Armor:
CoH - +2 Skills, Alot of Resis, 8%dr. Would use this against casters
Enigma - +2 Skills, Incr Life, 8%dr, +Strength and tele (I wouldn't suggest this
as charge is quick enough to get away)
ShaftStop - Great armor for melee chars for dmg reduce
Guardian Angel - This armor has some handy mods. Gives you a chance to get very
high resist and has +1 Skills, AR, FBR, CTB
Gloves:
Bloodfists - These gloves are all to easy to find. And have such nice mods. I
think these will help alot with charge
Draculs - +strength, OW
Boots:
Gores - Good choice, you have chance to do double dmg when striking and with OW
also.
Sandstorm Treks - These have life and alot of strength, fhr , Poison Resist.
Weapon:
Beast Zerker - Some people may disagree. But seeing as your using Conviction as
your main aura you need an aura for charging. The +ed% and Level 9 Fanat will
greatly help your charge. This Also adds alot of strength and you can turn into
a WereBear and woop ***.
Crescent Moon - Would help your holy shock aura, which could come in handy
Amulet:
Maras - +2 skills, 5 all attributes and resist really handy
MetalGrid - Good AR Bost and resist
Angelics (+2xRings) Massive AR Boosts
Rings:

Strategy:
Charge with Holy Shock will add a nice bit of lightning Damage to your attack
and the aura will do alot of damage. Also with Conviction and Fanaticism you
should be pretty tanky.
